Step 1: Send your file for a free one hour Password check

Email us at service@getmydatanow.com and attach your lost password file for a free one hour password check. We will tell you if your file is able to be opened by us in this time and give you advice or the password if you wish to pay $19.00.

It is very important to include any information you KNOW about your password and file e.g. the length, any characters and their position, whether uppercase, numbers, or special symbols were used etc. We will tell you if we can recover your password. NB. Not all passwords can be recovered in a reasonable length of time.

We will usually send you your results within 24 hours. If you do not get your password results within 24 hours please email us as emails are sometimes stopped in error by spam filters. Email us for instructions if your file is greater than 7mb.

NB: By sending this file you are confirming that the data contained in this file is legitimate, will only be used for legal purposes and you are the legal owner of the file or are authorised by the owner to recover the password and you fully agree with our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the above do not send your file.

Step 2: Get your Password or free check results and advice.

We will confirm that if we can open your file in less than an hour or advise you regarding the recovery.

Then you can choose to pay the low service fee and receive the password or not. If we can't open the file, or you dont want the password, there is no password recovery fee and we securely delete your file. Check out the low price list here.
